The record lives in the account

The result is delivered to your QazETA account as well as by email. That is the important difference from a paper form: even if the email is gone, signing in with the address you registered should still show the application and its status.

If the email never arrived

Check spam, promotions and any secondary inbox, and search for the domain rather than the word "ETA". Automated mail rarely uses the subject line you expect. If the address had a typo, the account may exist under the wrong address — try the variant you might have typed.

If you cannot get in at all

Contact the portal's support with the email used, the approximate application date and a photo of the passport page. Do it early: the 72-hour minimum means a late discovery can leave no time to re-apply.

Keep a copy that survives

Screenshot the approval into your phone's photo library and, if you use cloud storage, save it there too. A screenshot works offline, survives a wiped mailbox, and is accepted at the border alongside the passport.
