QazETA confirmation never arrived: what travellers should know
If you applied for a Kazakhstan ETA (QazETA) and your confirmation email never arrived, you’re not alone — but immediate action is required. The QazETA is mandatory for eligible foreign nationals entering Kazakhstan by air or land, and without proof of approval, you risk being denied boarding or entry. This guide outlines verified steps to take — based solely on confirmed facts and official requirements.
First, verify your application status directly
The most reliable way to confirm whether your QazETA has been issued is to check the official portal: https://qazeta.kz. You’ll need your application reference number and passport details. Do not rely solely on email notifications — delivery failures occur due to spam filters, incorrect email entry, or server issues. If your status shows “Approved” on the portal, your QazETA is valid even if the email didn’t arrive.
Check your inbox thoroughly — including spam and promotions folders
Emails from the QazETA system may be filtered incorrectly. Search your inbox using these terms: Also verify that the email address you entered during submission was spelled correctly. Typos are among the most common causes of missing confirmations.
- “QazETA”
- “Kazakhstan ETA”
- “Confirmation” or “approved”
- Sender address containing “@qazeta.kz” (note: only emails from this domain are official)
Timing matters: did you apply within the required window?
Applications must be submitted at least 72 hours before travel. If you applied less than three days prior to departure, processing may still be underway — and no confirmation will be sent until the decision is final. The official portal does not publish average processing times, and approvals can take anywhere from several hours to the full 72-hour window. Rush applications are not guaranteed faster service.
What if the portal shows “Pending” or “Not Found”?
- “Pending” means your application is under review. No action is needed beyond waiting — and rechecking the portal every 12–24 hours. - “Not Found” indicates either an incorrect reference number or that the application was never successfully submitted. Double-check your submission receipt or payment confirmation. If you used a third-party service, contact that provider directly with your order ID.
We are an independent service — not the government
qazetahelp.com is an independent application assistance service. We charge $19 per traveller to help prepare and submit QazETA applications. We are not affiliated with the Government of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the official QazETA portal at https://qazeta.kz. We do not issue ETAs, control approvals, or access internal government systems. Our role ends once your application is submitted to the official portal.
Do not assume automatic re-sending
The official system does not auto-resend confirmation emails. There is no “resend confirmation” button on the portal. If your status is “Approved” but you lack the email, you may download and print your QazETA directly from the portal using your reference number and passport data. This PDF serves as valid proof of approval — no email required at border control.
Avoid unauthorised resubmission
Submitting a duplicate application while the first is still pending risks rejection of both. The system treats multiple submissions from the same passport as conflicting requests. Wait at least 72 hours after your original submission before taking further action — unless the portal clearly states “Rejected”, in which case you may submit a new application.
When to contact official support
Only the official QazETA support team can investigate missing confirmations tied to verified applications. Contact is available exclusively through the “Help” or “Contact” section of https://qazeta.kz. They respond to inquiries in English and Russian, typically within one business day. Provide your full name, passport number, application reference, and date of submission. Do not share sensitive data (e.g., passport scans) via unsecured channels.
Can I travel without the confirmation email if my status says “Approved”?
Yes. A printed or digital copy of your approved QazETA — downloaded directly from https://qazeta.kz — is sufficient for immigration. The email is a convenience, not a requirement.
How long should I wait before concluding my application failed?
Wait the full 72-hour submission window. If your status remains “Not Found” or “Pending” beyond 72 hours after submission, contact official support via https://qazeta.kz. Do not assume failure before then.
Does qazetahelp.com resend confirmations or check statuses for me?
No. As an independent paid service ($19 per traveller), we assist with form preparation and submission only. Once your application is sent to the official portal, all status updates, approvals, and confirmations are handled solely by the Kazakh authorities. We cannot retrieve, resend, or verify application outcomes.
Need your QazETA handled for you?
We complete and file your Kazakhstan ETA and email it to you within 24 hours - $19.00, independent service.
